Motivation
Having been curious and even passionate about science during my school years, I decided to turn to biology after hight school. I finished my bachelor degree then to go for a first then a second master degree (in pharmacy). It was a great period, with beautiful encounters, and during which I was able to feed my scientific curiosity. I then chose the path of "innovation management" with a first position in a University Hospital. It can be considered as an atypical path but exciting and for which I am proud. It gives me a good knowledge of the research environment as well as the heal ecosytem.
Since I am at Unicancer I have the chance to work in collaboration with the best oncolgy teams in the world. It allows to know more about the oncology innovations and ecisytem. In addition, I have the opportunity to work with different types of actors (pharma, university, CHU, biotech, association, etc.) and on various projects (clinical trials, RWE project, etc.).
In the furtur, I would like to be challenged again for new innovative and collaborative projects.
My objectives : be part of collaborative projects, be proactive, be an part of innovative projects by developping and negotiating partnerships or by representing my structure. It could be also by managing a team in the field of partnership and/or innovation.
